Our company started in 1987 as “Wytwarzanie Artykulow z Tworzyw Sztucznych Andrzej Kaczmarek” from the beginning till today owned by Andrzej Kaczmarek. Legislative status is private ownership of private person.

At the beginning our main products were plastic track accessories. Polish railways and prestressed concrete cross-tie manufacturers were our main clients at this moment. Experience gained in this field resulted in cooperation with a large British fasteners manufacturer and our common project of a new rail separator being introduced in many countries. Taking part in this project was also due to our earlier investments: modern injection moulding machines and CNC machine tools. Along with developing our machinery we were looking for new markets.

Since 1989 we have been supplying plastic accessories for home equipment to one of major Polish manufacturers.
In the beginning of 1998 we moved into our new building in Komorniki at Kolejowa street. This building of 2600m2 was built during 15 months. We continue our activity in the new building continuously widening our offer and introducing new technology.

By the end of 1998 we introduced first gas injection moulding station in our company. It is a new technology allowing to produce elements with a very high quality surface, high mechanical resistance and saving material. The first element manufactured by using this technology was produced by using injection mould made in our tool shop. This injection mould was one of the first gas moulds in our country. Since then we have prepared 10 gas injection moulds and made up 3 new stations.

Thanks to this new technology in the middle of 1999 we started our cooperation with office chair manufacturers. We produce moulds according to our client models as well as new models (armchair base). Till the end of 1999 our main goal has been our tool shop equipment and equipment for our design departament. We purchase new CNC machine tools, electro-erosion machine and CAD/CAM software.

At the beginning of the year 2000 we started our investments in the plastic processing department. In September 2000 we started introducing ISO 9002 system. This job was finished 8 April, 2002 by receiving the TUV certificate. Along with the quality system we introduced an integrated computer management system for all departments of our company (including accounting for production).

Two companies joined the group of our major clients: an Italian home equipment manufacturer and an American German manufacturer of home equipment controllers. In 2002 we made another investment. The production and office area was extended by 1300m2(on this moment the total area is 4000 m2). New machine tools were purchased as well as first manipulator for injection moulding machine.

This year we introduced a new washing machine. In our tools shop 12 moulds were prepared, most of them very complex. We opened a new department of top montage for washing machines, a department of assembling groups of wires and department of control panel assembly. In the latter apart from assembling the final configuration and testing takes place also.

In the course of developing our company and conforming to requirements for small and medium companies in the EU, we adjusted our activities to conform to EN ISO 9001:2000. 19 and 20 May 2003 RW TUV unit made management audit in our company according to ISO 9001:2000 extending it to product and mould design, tool shop making these moulds and control sub-assembly production. The result was positive and confirmed by receiving TÜV certificate of 24.07.2003.
We employ 150 employees. We have high qualified personnel who supervise construction, technology work and production management and planning work.

Our next step is to put our company into continuous improvement process and improve our management standards to European level. This way our company should be up to the challenges of modern economies, increasing competition and the global market cooperating with any European company.

Our future plans involve maintaining high technical level with automation and robotics investments.

Joining plastic elements production and mould production allows us to introduce new products as well as modifications of the old ones very fast. Modern technology and experience makes us a reliable and trustworthy partner.
