Our tool-room meets two basic functions:

keeps moulds, which are in use, in high efficiency

produce new moulds

Mould's construction is made in the tool-room thanks to injection process engineer and based on designer's experience. We use the same CAD software that we use in product's design process, which can recognize many external formats. We design our moulds using prefabricated bodies of well-known suppliers (FCPK, Hasco and DME) and standard parts what shortens production time.

Mould's making is assisted with Edge CAM and Visual Mill software which can generate programs for CNC's millers and wire cutting machine.

We have latest numeric millers (DMG and CME) fitted with laser measuring instrument and detail measuring sounder, hollowing machines (Exeron and Charmilles), wire cutting machine (Charmilles), grinding machine, jig borer.

We use cutting tools of well-known producers (Sandvik, Coromant, Fette and Mitsubishi). We entrust heat treatment and photochemical invoicing to reliable suppliers.
