Real time model of handle. Basing on it a customer can make necessary changes that before the detail will be produced, he can receive a 100% suitable detail to his expectations.

We use Solid Edge software which is efficient tool in plastics branch but also we take advantage of latest high abilities software such as Rhinoceros, Alibre Design.

Thanks to that we are able to design the product starting from an idea, sketch or real time model, ending at full 3D documentation and taking into consideration the specification of injection method production.

In case, when customer has only the physical model, we are able to map a surface using digitizer.

For medium and large products we offer our customers possibility of making real time model, which they can check as regards dimension and mating with other parts. We can make mock-up basing on such a model.
