We have modern injection moulding machines with compressive force of 35 to 650 tones.

Thanks to that we are able to produce our products for our customers using machines with optimal parameters and that has direct influence not only on quality but on price of products as well.

The machines are fit with modern control systems with statistical functions of quality process estimate, with multiple core control, with worm system which ensure very good homogenization of plastics, with temperature of injection mould stabilization thermostat, with heated inlet channel controller, with plastics feeder, with dryer, with details conveyor.

Currently we have two manipulators to collect details from moulds and we are going to buy new ones.

We have got 5 gas injection aggregates, which can work with most of our machines. Thanks to that technology we can offer our customers possibilities of making large cross-section products, which using conventional technology were open to arise draw ins. Moreover the gas injection improves internal surfaces quality, mechanical strength and lets to save raw material.
